Jug Day is a romance story as it unfolds and the excitement builds to a feverish pace.  The race to the betting window as the eliminations transpire, which all culminates in the Final of the 2024 Little Brown Jug.

The atmosphere in Delaware harkens back to when life was simple, and country fair time was something to be celebrated and cherished (perhaps not so much the funnel cakes or fried oreos).  Where schools are closed so that everyone can go to the Fair.  It's a time when nostalgia is welcome, and we are transported back in time, when harness racing was King.  It could easily be the 1950's, and it's the place where time stands still, like the lawn chairs padlocked to the chain link fence, to reserve your space for when the Jug rolls back into town next year.

Sunday. BE THERE!!

There's a chance we may still go to Lexington after our last horse races even though we don't have anything entered at The Red Mile.

Same for Gypsy Hill.  But, a win is alway better than a third, or worse, showing.
