You don't want Per Engblom.  He's going down.  Eventually.

Interesting video. We only see our babies training down. But then in a car with Scotty, J. Bartlett, and Per. They talk about the horses they've either trained or qualified. In every state except Ohio ( Michigan don't count) they talked about some of there better babies. KY, NJ, NY, PA seems like they have quite a few monsters. I wonder if were bringing a knife to a gunfight in those jurisdictions. I'll probably buy mostly Ohio again next year. A little KY. Love Hoosier I'd buy IN but doesn't seem to be in the cards.

Lonnie hope you're right about Per. Too many chances.

It will be interesting to see how TheStable two-year-olds fare in Oak Grove today and at The Meadows tomorrow.  And, of course, over the coming weeks.

Stay tuned!

Cirrus didn't show anything in the first race, and I think he will be turned out per Anthony's video if I remember correctly.

Oh boy.  Engblom, Morgan Jr., the Nobles, the Cleggs…and how many others that we aren’t tracking?

Makes one consider a new hobby but then you realize that there are crooks in everything.

Anthony used Boitano really hard to get to the first quarter, which went in 28.1

He paid the price.

I just did something that I don't think I have ever done before. I bet two horses to win. It's a six-horse race. Something Special is currently 14-1, and Prada or Nada is currently 23-1.

I got Nada.

Prada or Nada was even.  The pace was so slow for almost 7/8ths of a mile.  No one was going to close.

I bet against Degas and hit Avenzee at 7-1. Degas was even money. I thought she was going to be lower odds, but she went up a lot at the end and cut into my odds.

I'd venture to say that Degas was very disappointing to her owners, to say the least.
