Did the NY connection scoop up a share(s) of Vine Staff? Already sold out.

There was a Lonnie mention in one of yesterday's vid. About The Meadowlands not going dark.

Vine Staff sold out? Wow. I love Ake, especially at Red Mile in the fall and Centurion ATM was his horse. Has he ever produced anything? I honestly do not know. I believe he has changed jurisdictions a few times. I usually look at sires in 2yo races and I'm not sure I've ever seen his name in the program. If anyone knows any decent horses he's produced please inform me. I had no interest in this yearling. Is he a Ohio sire now? If you have shares good luck.

Come to think of it. Centurion, Six Pack has a Ake horse ever become a good sire? I'm sure they have with all the great trotters he's had I just can't think of one at this moment. ( old age)

Centurion ATM is Neuromancer's sire and we know how that's gone (or hasn't gone) so far, on top of being touted as Momento Mori's bigger and stronger brother.

Mori set that world record in the day. Neuromancer sold that night. Buying him had to cost a lot more after that world record. The auctioneer talked him up in the sale ring driving the price.  Talk about bad timing. Personally I never really liked a gelding record having it's own category. Might as well have a spayed mare record listing. Rarely a fan of Anthony buying yearlings he has some sort of attachment too. Norm, Wendy and I talked about that at Red Mile last week. Something we all agreed on.

Yeah, I agree with you regarding the gelding record, although Anthony seemed quite proud of it..who holds the one-eyed horse record  anyway?

I believe that one-eyed record could be ours also in a couple of years.

Looks like Centurian ATM is at Sugar Valley in Ohio.  Only 4 starters coming into this year.  ZERO 2 year old winners this year thus far.  Unsure of # of starters.  Centurion only had a 16% winning rate himself and a lackluster 46% top 3 rate in 56 lifetime starts.  Not what one usually sees in a successful stallion.

Red Mile Race 12 tomorrow a Centurion ATM horse. Beaver trained. James up. Great trainer, great driver can they make chicken salad out of chicken skit. 🙂

Beaver has a 2 nd place finish Monday with a Centurian ATM.  Steady Volo’s race.
