Not sure I've ever quoted myself. I'm having second thoughts of A Mac on the Ohio circuit. This could lead to a troubling future here. I love the camaraderie of The Stable.  He's going to train these babies down going forward. And because he feels he knows them best he will want to drive them. Is his knowledge of the babies worth giving up lengths when you're likely not one of the better drivers in the race? Dilemma going forward. Especially in KY/NJ where you swim with sharks.

@purple-aura Ed, I think that we are past the point of feeling the need to adhere to the company line and blindly following like a cult.  It is healthier to think of TheStable followers and investors (yes, you may just be investing for entertainment value) as fans.  Just like most of us are fans of a favorite traditional sports team.  We can still debate the merits of a manager’s game decisions without feeling like a traitor.

As long as we treat each other with respect and stay within the bounds of decency and fairness, I say fire away with your thoughts.  Supportive, critical, celebratory, despair…whatever.

I will be there.  Shadowing the judges and charter all summer except for this coming week, but I will take those days off to hang out with y’all.
