Some horses list owners other than just The Stable and I was wondering if there was a criteria or specific percent of ownership that was needed to be listed as an owner. I'm not looking to get listed as an owner but it makes me wonder about other things and how things play out.

I am looking for value plays instead of the obvious pedigree production.  On the pacing side, I really like Lather Up.  His % of starters is awesome.  Not sold on the Always Be Miki line.  He has thrown awesome superstars but his % of starters are significantly less than the Sweet Lou’s and Somebeatchsomewhere/Captaintreacherous offspring.  So how will Monte Miki’s first crop be received vs. Downbytheseaside, Catch The Fire and Summa Cum Laude?

Trotters, In Range and Ready For Moni yearlings will be in high demand due to their outstanding 2 year old crops.   Well deserved by those two.  So maybe there will be some value in the tried and true veterans like Long Tom and Uncle Peter.
