Ohio Select Sale

Listened to the video. I understand the point on In Range and Ready For Moni yearlings going pretty high. I really like Jolene and there was a Ready For Moni late in the sale I liked a lot. Disappointed there, but overall the fact Anthony is under budget should be applauded. I have to figure out what I want. Might even in dabble in a pacer.

12 for S265 k last year.  10 for $204k this year.  Don’t know what the presales were last year but I thought they were way more robust, so unknown what the pressure will be to fill the difference.  What may be a few hundreds to us may be several thousands to AMac to make up the difference, so please keep that in mind.  Just don’t be surprised if he goes very conservative in Lexington and Harrisburg.  Anyway, see you in Delaware.  Let’s get some wins!

Everyone happy with the sale? Buying a filly trotter bucket and having first crack and assuming the two filly trotters are #54 and #85 ( highest priced filly trotters) I'm interested in three other horses. One is definitely a pacer. I like having this wrapped up before Sunday. Once I'm in Delaware I'm done talking acquisitions. I'm on vacation. I'm telling Anthony the ones I want and I just want to go to Delaware and enjoy myself and not have to peek at my phone. What hip numbers is everyone interested in?

Norm, even if you buy with another stable I hope you contribute here 364 days a year 🙂 I like your insights and history in this game. Hope to see you Monday. I might have a pass for you. It will get you in everyday and access to pretty much anywhere except the hospitality tent.

Will do my best to get there Monday.  Heading back to KY after an early morning kayak paddle.  I still want to see the KY Championship Division finals on Sunday night and then a morning drive to Delaware on Monday.

I spent this morning in the barn at Northfield with the staff of The Stable.  I had a GREAT time.  The first six yearlings from the Jug sale were already there, and the remaining four arrived late this morning.  All ten are nice looking.

Keep in mind that The Stable also has several homebred yearlings set to come in soon.

If you bought a bucket the email and video is out to buy more. I requested hips 54,85,96,233,252    Won't disclose how many shares I wanted. I'm glad I don't have to watch my phone for when everything goes on sale. I hate the timing of this every year. I want to focus on fun, The Jug and not purchases. I will use my phone to gamble, watch A Mac videos and text on Jug week. I will probably know by Jugette Day if  my Christmas list was filled. Good luck to all, hope you get what you like and ask for.
