Stga on 7/6/2026 SARATOGA SPRINGS, NY FINED: $500 YOB 1978 FULL - 3 DAYS, 9/9/2026 THRU 9/11/2026 HORSE DISQUALIFIED - PLACED 6, PURSE REDISTRIBUTION POSITIVE TEST- POST RACE On 07/06/2026 at Saratoga Raceway the post race sample #CV3614349 collected from 7th race #1 "CAM AM" trained by Phillip Fluet, was found to contain "METHOCARBAMOL" at a concentration of 24.8 +or- 0.3 ng/ml, this is in excess of the threshold of 1 ng/ml set forth by the NYSGC. Phillip Fluet is fined $1000.00 and suspended 7 days 09/09/2026 through 09/15/2026. Having appeared before a representative of the New York State Gaming Commission and waiving his right to a formal hearing and his right to appeal the fine and suspension are reduced to $500.00 and a 3 day suspension (09/09/2026 through 09/11/2026). In addition, "CAN AM" who finished first is disqualified and the purse money won of $6,500.00 is ordered returned and redistributed. The horse "CAM AM" must provide a negative sample and requalify before being eligible to race (completed). While under suspension Phillip Fluet is a disqualified person and is denied access to all grounds under the jurisdiction of the NYSGC.The transfer of any horses owned by or trained by Phillip Fluet must be approved by the Presiding Judge.

YR on 6/23/2026 CREEK RIDGE, NJ FINED: $1,000 YOB 1980 FULL - 60 DAYS, 8/26/2026 THRU 10/24/2026 ASSAULT AND BATTERY UPON ANOTHER PARTICIPANT LICENSEE On June 23rd 2026, Gregory Harrison did physically and verbally assault another licensee by improper contact of said licensee in the barn area at Yonkers Raceway. This conduct is detrimental to the best interest of racing. Gregory Harrison is hereby issued a 60-day full suspension of his occupational license and fined $1000.00. Suspension beginning 7/28/2026 to 9/25/2026. Further violations of this nature will result in greater penalties. Having requested a hearing on this matter a stay has been granted. Although fine has not.
Status as of 8/26/2026 - Subsequent Ruling - On June 23rd,2026 Gregory Harrison physically and verbally assault another licensee by improper contact of said licensee in the barn area at Yonkers Raceway. This conduct is detrimental to the best interest of racing. Gregory Harrison is hereby issued a 60-day full suspension of his occupational license and fined $1000.00. Suspension beginning 8/26/2026 to 10/24/2026. Further violations of this nature will result in greater penalties. Having requested a hearing on this matter a stay has been granted. Lex on 8/24/2026 DOWNERS GROVE, IL YOB 1992 INDEFINITE SUSPENSION(IND) AS OF 8/24/2026 POSSESSION OF HYPODERMIC NEEDLES, SYRINGES AND/OR INJECTABLE AND/OR OTHER DRUGS Mr. Matthew Rodriguez is summarily suspended pending his appearance for a hearing before the Board of Judges of the KHRG after violating 810 KAR 3:020 Section 15 – 1 – JJ – 1 and 810 KAR 3:020 Section 15 – 1 – JJ – 2 when hypodermic syringes, needles and injectables were found by an KHRG Investigator during a search of his vehicle on association grounds of The Red Mile on race day 8/24/2026. Mr. Rodriguez is denied privileges and access to all association grounds under the jurisdiction of the Kentucky Horse Racing and Gaming Corporation. Any and all horses owned and trained by Mr. Rodriguez are not permitted to be transferred without prior approval of the Board of Judges of the KHRG.

Nfld on 7/5/2026 POSITIVE TEST- POST RACE SPENCERVILLE, IN FINED: $500 YOB 1982 HORSE DISQUALIFIED - PLACED 8, PURSE REDISTRIBUTION Blood sample #938885 collected at Northfield Park on 7/5/26 from the horse Gotthisonewish. It was tested by the Ohio Department of Agriculture ATL and was found to contain Flunixin at a concentration of 680.7 +/- 76.1 nanograms per milliliter of plasma. This exceeds the regulatory threshold of 20 nanograms per milliliter adopted by the OSRC. Mr. Schmucker waived his rights to a split sample, DNA, and a hearing. This is Mr. Schmucker`s first medication violation in the last 365 days. Mr. Schmucker is hereby fined $1000 and return of purse. If not appealed the penalty will be $500 fine and return of purse ($6000). O.S.R.C.-3769-18-01(A)(1a,4e,10,13,15,16) 3769-18-02 3769-17-43. The fine and purse must be paid by 9/1/26.
