MVR on 2/10/2025 LEBANON, OH FINED: $500 YOB 1975 HORSE DISQUALIFIED - PLACED 10, PURSE REDISTRIBUTION POSITIVE TEST- POST RACE OSRC 3769-18-01-A(1a,10,13,15,16), 3769-18-02, 3769-17-43. Blood sample #926765 was tested by the Ohio Department of Agriculture ATL and was found to contain Salicylic Acid, a Class 4 drug at a concentration level of 15.4 micrograms per milliliter of plasma which exceeds the Regulatory threshold of 6.5 micrograms per milliliter of plasma adopted by the OSRC. Blood sample #926765 was provided by #2 Lucks On Time, who finished 1st in race 8 on 2/10/25 at Miami Valley Raceway, and was trained by Mr. Adams. Mr. Adams waived his rights to a hearing, split sample, and DNA. This is Mr. Adams first medication violation in the last 365 days. #2 is disqualified and placed 10th and the purse earnings of $4750 are ordered returned within 10 days to Miami Valley Raceway to be redistributed accordingly. Mr. Adams is fined $1000, or $500 if not appealed, which is due within 10 days of this ruling. Mr. Adams has 48 hours to appeal this decision to the OSRC.

Nfld on 1/12/2025 POSITIVE TEST- POST RACE MACEDONIA, OH FINED: $500 YOB 1958 Urine Sample #925645 collected at Northfield Park on 1/12/25 from the horse Joyful Jenny was found to contain Methocarbamol at a concentration of 1.5 +- 0.3 micrograms per milliliter of urine. This exceeds the regulatory threshold of 1.0 microgram per milliliter of urine. adopted by the OSRC. Mr. Mapes had a hearing with the judges on 3/12/25. He is hereby fined $1000. This is Mr. Mapes first Class 4 penalty with in 365 days. Joyful Jenny is disqualified and as a result of that disqualification all purse money must be returned for redistribution (4300.00). The penalty will be reduced to a fine of $500.00 and loss of purse if not appealed. O.S.R.C.-3769-18-01 (B) (10)&(13) 18-02 The purse has been paid. The fine must be paid by 3/23/25.
