Yannick on Jolene. James on Zina. I bet almost 50.00 bucks on Zina last week with Anthony up just because I knew the price would be decent. 19-1 was decent but when you jump it off behind the gate it don't really matter. Not blaming Anthony it looked like Zina had a mind of her own that day. I think all the Stable horses will be fair prices today and I LOVE a horse in Race 2. Good thing the pools are tiny at Red Mile I can't get in to much trouble.

My horse in Race 2 opened 3-5. Likely pass now although pools at Red Mile are very tricky. So small it's embarrassing. They fluctuate so much last minute.

Jolene was FANTASTIC!!! Used her three times, leaving, retook, then first over. Her mile fastest of the 15k purses and faster than the previous 30k race. Poor girl can't get a break.

Yeah…sorry about Zina. She was never engaged. Jolene continues to give great effort and consistent performances. A real sweetheart in the barn too. Jailbird was bet down heavy to be second choice. Bettors way smarter than the Trackman. She was smoking on the end again. 26 flat final quarter. Wow. Thought I was winners circle bound. Next time.

Me too! Along with Tomboy Strong. Bad month for me so far(I guess as most of TheStable clients)

Super Chapter, Go Dog Go, and Miki and Minnie at the Red Mile today. Will someone call my wife and tell her that it is imperative that I go to the races today and that she can paint the guest rooms herself?

Working a different angle. We need supplies for a different project and the warehouse is 10 minutes to the Red Mile. If I time it right, I can slip in and see Super Chapter and Go Dog Go.

The weather has cooled off nicely to the 70s and lower humidity. Perfect conditions for some great races.

So crazy the great racing there is at the Red Mile on just random days. (well i guess not random, since it is the KYSS). Place will probably be empty today. Saw Karl there a couple years ago in what I think was his second race, saw Confederate get the world record.

A few things popped up and now I can't make it to the KYSS championships. Hopefully I can make it this Sun -Tues and the following week also. Plan to hit Kentucky Downs Sept 6-7. Depending on card may stop at Hoosier on way down
