A $300 offer for Cherry's Girl briefly appeared two days ago, but it was quickly swallowed up.  We know our offer is probably still too high, but we shall see.

I think our offer of a share of 'Wainey is a fair offer.

Her price on the Private Market was last $1399.00 CAD.  

We do have two shares.  One of our contingent has currently vetoed any discussion of offering one share at least for now.

There needs to be some rules on rescinding sales. Last month I purchased a share of Miss lady. I thought it was kind of odd that the transaction took place on the 22nd but she was racing on the 24th and wasn't locked. Being she was racing in NY the following week I contacted the NRC to get my license. Everything seemed to be a done deal, when my June invoice came out she wasn't listed. I looked at the Transactions Tab on my client page and the transaction wasn't listed, she also wasn't listed with my other horses. I went back and checked my email to make sure I didn't screw up and that I had a confirmation, which I did. I sent off an email to find out what happened, the reply was, 2 hours after the sale the seller sent an email requesting the sale be cancelled and that they thought I was included in the email and that I knew about the cancellation. My question then was how would the seller have my email address since that information doesn't get shared. Typically I wouldn't care about the cancellation but had I been notified I wouldn't have gotten my NY license, now I have a $182 NY license and no horse in NY.
