Yonkers Raceway to Impose Slow 2nd Quarter Penalties on Drivers

I know Northfield is known for its drag, I am not sure about Yonkers or Miami Valley. Could they please coordinate the start times. Miami is done now, but a one point all three were racing at the same time. Now its Northfield and Yonkers overlapping.

Seven of the ten races at Yonkers last night had second quarters of  30.0 or more, Matt Kakaley and Jason Bartlett both did it twice. Long term is this really going to be an enforceable rule? Are they going to fine and suspend drivers over a fifth of a second?

I haven't heard of they cancelled the fines. I never saw one assessed.
