Quote from Purple Aura on November 3, 2025, 7:45 AMGood luck with your purchase Team NY. I predict King Of The North is going to be a dominant trotting sire. Norm, you seem to be our breeding guy here can you tell me what's so great about Boitano? I'm not sold on Calgary Games at all, I haven't written him off like I have Centurion ATM, and the dam side to Boitano doesn't seem anything special. Is this Anthony just trying to sell shares of a yearling with 88% left or is the breeding better than it appears to me? I've already over spent but if Anthony buys hip #136 today I'm spending more. That video is outstanding!!!!!

This is our second bucket purchase. The first one didn't fill and we received a credit.Â
Hopefully this one will be a NYSS caliber one.Â

@purple-aura. Sorry, just saw this question.  It is a stretch to think of me as a breeding guy given my 3 decade gap from the industry.  But here is my take that will get you nothingâŠ
- Â European paternal family that is difficult to assess when valuing for 2 year racing career. Â Given that AMac have the babies on a short leash, Â you have your 87% availability.
- 1st dam hasnât produced a profitable race horse yet, although we all know much goes in to that.
- I would recommend paying for lunch with @pcmark15 and inspecting him in person. Â AMac says they are all great looking. Â I love horses too and find beauty in most, but it doesnât make them good race prospects. Â You have time, because his shares arenât going anywhere.

I'll probably be heading to the barn next week after the Harrisburg purchases arrive. I'm no authority on confirmation or any of that but I do like seeing the horses for my self. For my money the best time to visit the barn if can wait is to visit on a day when the sets are being broadcast. With a set list in hand it's easier to track the horses and question the caretakers as they get ready to go on the track, you can also hit up the drivers for their thoughts as they come off the track. I have yet to talk to anyone in the barn that wasn't helpful or willing to answer questions.Â
Monday of next week is the most likely day for a barn visit, if anyone wants pictures or anything let me know I'm more than happy to do anything I can.

Quote from Lonnie on November 5, 2025, 10:55 AM@pcmark15, if you get the opportunity, please take a pic of Mordechai Hanover. And, as soon as Anthony fills the NY bucket, I'll let you know the name of that horse.
Thank you in advance!

Quote from pcmark15 on November 5, 2025, 12:03 PMI was just scrolling through the results but didn't look at pedigrees or videos but man two Captain Crunch's for $3000 each, Perfect Sting's for $4000 and $5000, I'm not a fan but $3000 for a Stay Hungry. And these weren't from some off the wall consignors, what am I missing ?

It means that if you are not set in your ways and willing to go to the fairs (in PA with the CCâs and Stay Hungryâs) then you donât have to be a world beater to at least break even.  I was told in Lexington by a Stable client with serious money outside the Stable that AMac was reconsidering emphasizing the fairs in Ohio next year.  đ€đđ»đ€đđ» that he does this with my boy, Highest Honors.  That would be a fun ride.
