Just for conversations sake
.

@lonnie said that Amy has stayed in NY to prep Super Way.  Who has Perfect Thought?  I like the hands on approach and assume that the family sacrifice wouldn’t happen unless there was a confidence that the colt was targeted for a big future.

Just for conversations sake, right now on the private market there's an offer to buy Perfect Thought for $3501 and an offer to sell Super Way for $3488. Does an even swap make sense ? I know Super Way is unproven but there seems to be alot of talent there, as for Perfect Thought is she ever going to get to the top having to spend the summer chasing Loua Dipa and Be Perfect BG, plus she already has a little history of tying-up.

This is something that just came up so I really haven't given it much thought but was wondering what the rest of your opinions were.

Interesting question!

We have a share of Super Way.  He has looked good in his qualifier, but my goodness, some of those babies that are out there already just look so super fast.

@bgtolex25, Perfect Thought's next race will probably be at Scioto Downs, according to a recent Anthony video.  I'm not sure if/when she's coming back to New Jersey.

Sorry about the scratch @pcmark15 and @niekh

was there a foot bruise?  I thought that I saw something but have not found it again to verify

If you can get 3488.00ca for Super Way I'd strongly consider that. She's dropping to B level next start. Decent yes, but that's a very fair number.

Yes there is a foot bruise, James found her to not be 100% and to beat these horses she needs to be 105%

I doubt we can get anywhere near that now.

Perfect Thought a strong closing 3rd coming off that bruised foot.  Not sure if James was too cautious going to 3/4.  Maybe could have been 2nd.  Be Perfect BG was a beast and throttled down in the stretch by the brilliant Dexter Dunn.

Let us know what you hear about a possible Jugette appearance in Delaware.  That would be an awesome party.
