Montego Bay, Jamaica, did its best to keep me down there.  As if the sun, beach, and Bob Marley weren't enough, they really dug their claws in and didn't even let me return when I was supposed to come back.  My flight on Monday was canceled.  I got home today just in time to see Memento Mori and Mortlach.  I should have stayed away longer LOL.

It's good to be back, though, so no one ever! LOL

By the way, during our stay, they had thoroughbred racing at Caymans Racing, in Kingston, Jamaica, Mon.  We happened to be on a bus tour, and the driver had the radio tuned to a station that was covering the races.  The pre-race commentary was awesome.  I don't know, though, if they're pick for the race they were handicapping won.  The horse's name was Summer Patty.

The purse for the featured race on the card was $1,250,000.00 JMD.  Don't get too excited, that's only $7,986.02 USD.

Welcome back.   We are heading to Hot Springs, AR in a few days.  My wife heard it was a great place to visit.  Silly girl doesn’t know that Oaklawn is there.  She is about to find out.
