@maywoodal, Thanks for posting the pictures. I had planned on being there thinking Bella had pretty good shot at breaking her maiden, but as frustrating and disappointing as it sometimes my health stands in the way of doing the things I want. As for Miss Fancy Nancy it's heartbreaking to see what she's become after the year she had for us last year (maybe some of the rumors floating around about Tyler George last year were true).
I was planning on sticking around till Monday to watch Mystique Landing who I have a piece of outside of The Stable. She's a Tactical Landing and her second dam is Too Good For You who happens to be the dam of Allegiant. We had high hopes for her but she had some knee issues early on and hasn't done much to this point, while I'm willing to give her more time there's already talk of trying to move her as a broodmare.
edit; I don't think I've ever done this before but I did order a winner's circle photo of Bella even though I'm not in it.

I was watching on RTN and wasn't surprised by the break, in the Post Parade he was wandering in and out, looking around and just didn't appear to be interested in racing. During the score down they showed him up against the fence and it looked like someone was making equipment adjustments (not Eric or Cathy).

Are you on Macinack Island? On one of my youthful journeys (read that to be a track-a-day makes the money go away), hitting every track from NY through the Upper Peninsula, over Soo Ste. Marie and all the tracks along the way back home to New York via Ft. Erie, we made a side trip to the Island. So glad we took the time to smell the roses and enjoy the simpler things in life. It was glorious there.
