+Harrisburg NJ Pacer (45K USD)

It looks like we are keeping Manhattan Moni at least a little bit longer.

Current Stable:

The Harrisburg Buckets:

  • The NJ-bred became Mordechai Hanover.
  • The NY-bred became Miss Lady May.

Our current roster:

All the sales are done. Here is my racing team as we head into the 2026 season. Granted I will sell or move at least 50% of them and likely purchase others. But we have to start somewhere. I have 11 horses and 17 shares. My team.

Jolene and Zina remain from last season.

Ohio Trotting Fillies:  Perfect Instead

Ohio Trotting Colts:  Rose Run Chief, What A Houdini, Lou Armstrong ( terrible name)

Ohio PACING Filly:  Bella Dayle

Kentucky Trotting Filly:  Prada Or Nada ( have to visit Norm)

Pennsylvania Trotting Filly:  Moni's Tied Up

Ontario Trotting Filly: Miss Shazam. James on board. Interesting.

Ontario Trotting Colt:  Sundae Royal   I think King Of The North is aptly named. Canada is North he will be KING.

Four jurisdictions. Two homebreds. A pacing filly. Liked her breeding and her backside. Power. Good luck to all. Look forward to the first baby video.

Looks like you're loaded for bear.

I'm thinking of selling my New Jersey yearlings, as im finding the ownership forms very complicated..

The exact reason most people are out on NJ and NY breds. Red tape, money grab BS.

@lonnie Stunt Man and Super Way, they might turn out to be good horses , but I don’t see why I should be licensed for only 1%..

For what it's worth I use the National Racing Compact for licensing, it's kind of expensive at $300 for three years but you only need to complete one set of forms, submit one set of fingerprints and one picture. When you want to add a jurisdiction or renew a license all it takes is a simple phone call. It's saved me a lot of headaches, if you have any questions I'd be happy to answer.

Ed, just curious but did you get your yearlings through buckets and if so are those the horses you may be moving on from ?
