In the US, Johnny V., and not on his stats alone. He's taken a licking and kept on ticking with multiple injuries / comebacks and enough money to retire over a decade ago.
I wouldn't debate anyone on this because there is more than just stats, but also, likeability, dedication, commitment, resilience, experience go hand and hand with that dude in likely, perpetuity...In the meantime - STILL DANGEROUS!!!
